CARE INSTRUCTIONS

· Hand wash with mild soap and water and towel dry.

· Do not use abrasives or clean in automatic dish washer since that will affect its luster. As any metal, aluminum will scratch if not handled properly.

· They can be used for storage in the freezer and for cooking in the oven at 300° F. or 150° C.

· Remove light scratches with simichrome. Prevent stains by removing food, vinegar and dressings after serving. As with any metal, leaving food in it for extended periods may result in discoloration. Maintain luster by treating with food spray before heating.

· Slight cooling and buffing marks are your guarantee that each piece has been sand-cast and polished by hand.
